Are you a Scrum Master?
Horizontales
A time-boxed event of 15 minutes that occurs each day. Team members state what they completed yesterday, are doing today, and what blockers stand in their way.
A prioritized list of all outstanding product requirements, features, and other work items; captured as themes, epics, user stories and tasks.
A cross-functional and self-organizing team usually consisting of a scrum master, product owner, and dedicated delivery team members.
An event that occurs once at the end of each sprint. The Agile team uses this time to reflect and identify improvements for upcoming sprints.
This ceremony occurs on the first day of the sprint. The purpose is to allow the Agile team to define the overall goal of the sprint and select the user stories they will work on.
Anything that prevents an agile team member from working efficiently or blocking them from moving forward.
A time-boxed event that serves as a container for the other Agile events and activities. They are done consecutively.
Verticales
During this event, the delivery team demonstrates newly developed features from the user perspective to key stakeholders, who in turn provide feedback on the work completed.
A high-level plan which provides a sequential view of product features to be delivered in order to achieve the vision and meet objectives.
Anything that satisfies a business need and delivers value to stakeholders.
This ceremony occurs weekly, during which the Agile team reviews and revises the product backlog.
A servant-leader role within a cross-functional team; accountable for guiding, coaching, and assisting the team in the use of Scrum.
A simple and concise statement used to describe a requirement or feature and the desired benefit to the obtained from it. Written from a customer’s perspective.
The version of a product with just enough features to satisfy early customers and allow them to provide feedback for future development.
