The electrons in the outer shell of an atom. These are the electrons that are used during bonding.

Electrons in the inner shells. These electrons are not involved in bonding.
The positively charged subatomic particle. Found in the nucleus.
The mass of an atomic particle, subatomic particle, or molecule.
