In the best films, viewers will know more than film characters, or will see a potential threat before film characters do... because of it!
These centered all-cap letters indicate either who is talking or perhaps some particulars of camera focus upon an actor.
Helpful directions inside a pair or parentheses that most often use acronym abbreviations
Mostly found on right side of any film script, but sometimes they are invisible or they might even have a tag like "FADE IN or "FADE OUT" which might even be found to the left. Often. they are a matter of director's or editor's choice, often somewhat invisible!
