Mild pain in stomach can result from many different causes and typically not a reason to worry. Usually caused by indigestion, constipation, overeating or stomach virus. However, if serve pain, continual or returning pain seek a doctor.

Caused by motion which tears the tissues around a joint. This condition is more serve than sprains. Treatment is to immobilize, cold compress and stay off it. Once swelling decrease, heat compress can be used.
